before i was pregnant i ran the bupa manchester run... after i had lost 7 st its 3 months away so i have put my name down again. something else to push me i guess.

Don't drink too much water, between 2-3 litres is probably best, drinking too much can do more harm than good. I find Peppermint tea with a bit of sweetner takes the edge off my cravings and hunger.
I dont drink tea or coffee :-( but i did have a peppermint tea today and i found that really nice. So i will have to buy some on the way home. Pinched it off a girl i work with. She done this diet for 2 weeks and lost 22lbs but she has given up now and is just eating healthy and drinking complan. I might just have to try black tea with sweetner in and see how i get on :-)

All i can say is that it is hard and wish you all the luck!!
Day four was the hardest for me.. but now im not even hungry.. Dont even want my shakes!!
