    Question Times of shakes ....?!!!

    Alright guys?!!

Never really given this much thought but do you have to spread the drinking of your shakes throughout the day? and does missing one in a day hurt?

You should never miss one as your body will then be lacking the essential nutrients and minerals that it needs.
I usually have one around 11am, 4-5pm then about 9pm. I didnt feel like my last one last night, so instead I had a flapjack with a warm cuppa coffee. Made a nice change from drinking all the time.

I have my first shake at 8am (at work), then the next at 1.30pm (again at work) and then one for my tea, about 5.30pm. Works for me cos I feel like I am having meals! Haven't missed a shake yet and don't want to. Hate feeling weak or shaky so wont be missing one.

My pharmacist said the best times are 10.00 , 3.00 and 8.00 and no way to miss one out as this would hamper weight loss!

I vary mine a lot. Sometimes have one in the morning. Sometimes have my first at lunch. I confess that when starting the program, I do favour taking a fast day and sometimes if I'm not hungry, I will not use the full complement of shake powder in the same 24 hour period. That builds up a small reserve which I can use on days that I get really hungry or if the pharmacist doesn't have stock in the day I go down to him.

No secret I'm afraid, just sticking to the diet 100%. I am going to the gym 3 times a week now (and loving it) and have 2 litres of water and a bit more during work and have more water and a coffee in the evening. Finding this quite easy to be honest. Didn't think I would but now it seems normal to me.

I do have a lot of weight to lose though so that could be why it's come off so well so far. I'm in it for the long haul though so wish me luck!
