    Need help to stay on track!

    Help. Its my daughters 6th birthday tomorrow and I am cooking party food. It smells sooo tempting! I am determined to stay on the wagon tho so please send me your best resisting vibes!!!

    i managed to survive my daughters 14th last week there was lots of lovely food they had a sleep over all (no sleep involved) but i was determined not to slip up but i did a few days after which i really regretted only lost 2 lbs that week its really not worth it xxx good luck and think positive
