    Stupid question of the day....

    Hi all,

    Really stupid question now.....

How do you make the soup???

Do you make it as a shake with 450ml of cold water then warm it up or do you make it with hot water?

Stupid as it sounds....I only get 2 "meals" a day, and don't want to mess it up! lol

lol not a stupid question at all...

Make it with hot water (not in your shaker though as they explode haha you end up redecorating your kitchen)

dont ever put your lipotrim in the microwave, as it zaps out all the nutrients etc...

i find that with the soup a bit less water makes it a little more creamy and more soup like...

can also add pepper, paprika, some curry powder an spices...

to make it more palatable, but would check on here before you add anything extra to make sure its ok!!

    no salt!!!

    Enjoy!

Was stupid from my point of view. lol

I usually do all the cooking in the house, so meat, fish etc, not a problem, but then to get confused over a powdered soup! lol

So do you blend it with hot water and then eat/drink it, as opposed to cold water and heating up in a pan?

I'd be happy to add pepper to it, just to warm it up some and give it some extra taste.
