Hi All, I hope everyone is having a lovely day!!
I wonder if you can help me, I go away the 29th April and so I was wondering when would I need to start maintanence(spelling) in order to enjoy a healthy diet on holiday with a few naughty drinks, do I need to refeed for a week before I drink alcohol?
I am going to Benidorm next week and because I have now been weighed for my first week, I have made my decision to stick to the shakes...it really has spurred me on!!
Sorry for all the questions but my chemist seem to be really vague.
