hi guys, i was also thinking about the exercise issue too. Just wondering by strength training, does that mean you can do circuit training? I know this sounds thick on my part, but by circuit training I mean sit ups, press ups, squats, tricep dips, dorsal raises etc, or is circuit training too vigorous since you dont stop until youve done your circuits and your heart rate is elevated? Any advice would be appreciated, as I would like to do something to keep me focused, even though im only on day 3.![]()
