hi, on my second week of LT, lost 9.7lb first weekand i'm wondering about what exercises i could do. due to my calorie intake being so low, was thinking of joining a gym, found a local one which only charges a one of fee of £20 then £2 a session ( cheap but pretty good gym). but wasn't sure what kind of exercise would be best ie, cardio or weights. any advice would be good,
p.s ur all doing so great and coming on here keeps me motivated

Wk 3: -1lb
Wk 4: R/F +1lb
Wk 5: TFR: -2lbs
Wk 6: -2lbs
Wk 12: +1.5lbs 
Wk 13: -2lbs
Week 14: -3lbs
