Thanks nina. Yeah for sure it is.
I was 17 stone at the end of June when I started and am now 12 stone something.
I feel much better. Don't want to get back to that again ever !
How u getting on ?? X
 
I started at 15 '4 beginning of October now got down to 12'6 so very pleased.I too do not want to get back to that weight again.I feel so much better just to be in control of my eating.I put some picks on here a few weeks back too,under before and up to week 6 ,if you want to have a look.Not looking forward to next week going out with friends on 2 occasions to watch them eat their Christmas meals.But I have been out 3 or 4 times so far on this diet,does not get any easier though ,but I have stayed 100% the whole time and there is NO way I am going to change that.How you feeling?

poor teapot will never hear the end of that! im 28 and i defo think u look younger than me so ur alright!!! although someone recently thought i was 17... ? ur results are fab, sooooo evident particularly in the face! well done x

Kay/aka Teapot. Soon you'll be an itsy bitsy Teapot at the rate you are loosing.
Today I purchased my stash of Lipo, and reading through the forums is hugely informative - your's especially as I need/intend to lose 30 kg. Congrats and continued success.
