Managed to block from my mnd the copious amounts of sweet stuff she always has in and had the crust off a small wholemeal loaf toasted, with cottage cheese. Breakie - Hard boiled eggs, pork loin, balsamic & vlf salad cream .... was still looking for something else so had 2 oatcakes with houmous before I went to bed. Bed Tea - A 'Look what we found' pouch of Chili, nectarine Work - Chicken, boiled egg & cottage cheese salad, nectarine, pear I may have something at mum's in the morning because I'm going to tescos on the way home & otherwise it'll be too long between meals .... but I shouldn't really be planning to should I? Lol! Setting up the permission there .. though it really will be about 6-7 waking hours without food otherwise ![]() xxEdit - Go Ahead fruits of the forest yoghurt break pack at about 4.30am .. OFGS!!!!!!!!!!!! x
