Went gym last night and enjoyed it (believe it or not!!). Always feel so good after I've been though. I will try to go every Monday from now to do an extra bit of toning up.

The dress arrived but it was too small. I know I've still got 7 weeks to the wedding but I don't think I'd get in it even then! I am going shopping for an outfit with my daughter a week on saturday anyway, so hopefully I will find something lovely then. I'd better or it's trackie bottoms and baggy top for me for the wedding!! I don't enjoy clothes shopping at all. I never have done. Because I live in trousers for work and jeans at the weekend, I can't even imagine myself in a dress for a whole day! I just don't wear them.

You don't have to wear a dress Bev ...? I shopped for 'an outfit' for both my sons' weddings - trouser suits happened to be what I found on both occasions. x

I agree Jan, there are some stunning trouser suits which will look super elegant especially with a good pair of heels. If you're not comfortable in a dress, Bev, then it will show in your face. Go with what you feel will look best on you. Your daughter will give you an honest opinion. Have fun shopping.

Wk 01-28 87 lbs lost and 53.5 inches overall lost on TFR.
Wk 29-52 29lbs lost and 9.5 inches lost on GL.
Goal!!!! 116lbs lost and 63 inches lost overall. Size 28 down to Size 14!!!!

Year Two 01/09/2010-31/08/2011 Maintaining both GL and TFR losses.
Only major gain was over Xmas period. Gained 9lbs. Lost this by mid Feb through portion control and eating low GL foods.

Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.

June 2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a little. I've been in or around this weight for a few months now. It seems to be my body's natural balance.

She certainly will give me an honest opinion, that's why I asked her to come with me!! She is very honest and wont beat around the bush at all!! I will tell her not to be too harsh though! I hadn't really thought about trouser suits, I just presumed I would wear a dress or skirt suit of some sort. I shall have a good look around and see what they have. Will let you know after next weekend.

Lost another pound this week and very pleased with that. Going shopping this weekend and I'm excited about it now. My mum got her outfit last week, I'll be looking at it tomorrow. Good job she told me that she's bought hers cos she's actually bought the outfit from the shop that I was looking in and I didn't want to pick up the same one as her!! Less than 6 weeks to the wedding now and the time is flying by! Saw my daughter last night and she isn't as stressed about everything now, everything is booked and like I told her, on the day you will just enjoy yourself and you don't have to worry about a thing. It's all being taken care of so just relax and enjoy it!

Walked to mum and dad's last night and saw my mum's outfit for the wedding. She will look so good in it. Not sure if it's the same dress I saw in the shop or not, but she's really pleased with it. Will post pics of the wedding and let you see then! I have a few shops to look around before heading to the one that I really like. Want to check out what the other shops have before deciding for definite. Decisions, decisions!!

I've decided it's time to stop the TFR because I wasn't being 100% anymore anyway. I will still have a few products to keep in control of things but I am having food now. Feel good that I've made that decision now! I've lost almost 3 1/2 stones and am very pleased with that.

Went shopping on Saturday and got my outfit for my daughter's wedding. I love it! It's a dress and bolero jacket and a fascinator. I have never looked so good, ever!! I feel really confident in it and when I showed hubby and my other daughter they said it was amazing! I feel I'm a naturally scruffy person so to look like that felt really good. I was so excited to find something and felt so good in it. I tried on about 4 other outfits first but didn't feel it was the one, then I tried on this one and just knew. My daughter said to try the matching fascinator too and it really did complete the outfit! So chuffed I've got my outfit now. I also got the shoes and the clutch bag. I got the whole outfit in one foul swoop! Good eh??

I think your right to stop TFR if your not being 100% because you'll just end up beating yourself up about it and feeling worse.. You have done amazing to lose 3 1/2 stone! Seeing you do so well over the past couple of months gave me the kick up the but to go back on TFR to get to my goal
