    Bev - Round 2

Thought it was time I hopped on over to the maintenance section as my refeeding is well and truly done!

I made the mistake last year of not coming on here much after refeeding and I think that was a big mistake. So much more determined to keep the weight off this time so here I am.

Had a horrible last few days, hubby kindly shared his cold with me so feeling pretty miserable with that. I think it's going onto my chest though, hate it when it does that and I hate having a cough!

Foodwise, everything OK. Still feel I have more control and don't have to pig out like I used to.

Will be glad when this cold goes though!!

Feeling much better today so hopefully the cold is on its way out!

Foodwise yesterday had my brekkie biscuits then a chicken sandwich for lunch with a penguin biscuit (I know it's not good but better than I would have ate before) and for tea a jacket potato with salad and some ham. Had a homemade butterfly bun in the evening and it was lovely!

Not craving crisps like I used to, which is great! They were a real downfall for me. Wouldn't mind trying the new extra crunchy walkers though!

Nah!! Why??? Extra crunchy means even more likely to embed themselves in the roof of you mouth behind your teeth (have you ever done that?? OW!!!) And ANYWAY!! I just cannot allow you to contribute to the humiliation of Lionel Richie - he is making a good enough job of that himself - talk about lowering yourself!!! SO ... STAY AWAY FROM THOSE CRISPS YA HEAR????!!!! xx

Glad you're feeling better by the way xx

See you had the miserable cold as well as Tanya. Must be the season for it. Totally with you on the crisp front. Those and savoury food in general are my nemesis. I can honestly say that since TFR I have not had one "Full" packet of crisps. I might pinch one or two on someone or the most I have had is if they come as a garnish on a plate of salad. I know that if I started buying packets of them that that would surely be the beginning of the end for me!!!
Hope you have a good week foodwise and enjoy better health.

Molly same here re crisps. I am going to try and develop a new palate for healthier choices and so far its woking, I have no desire to eat sweets and crisps yet so i'm avoiding them too.
