Hey missy, did N force that into your mouth?!!!!! If no then it can't be his fault.

Listen, stop beating yourself up. You will get there when you are ready. You are aware of what you're eating & you havnt had a binge for a while so relax. Your obv not in the tfr frame of mind so maybe having 2shakes & 1 meal will be best for you?

    Xx

Lis- yes I was attempting it again!
Tan- I did think that after I wrote it! No I was just upset and that was his way of cheering me up!
Well had a lovely day yesterday. Had a great time catching up with my friend and then in the eve had girly face packs and nails with my sister and nieces . Was very good. Had shake for brek, bit of popcorn at lunch and then a omelette and salad for dinner with muller lite after.
Still a bit undecided what to do and getting a bit stressed about it! I so want to get this weight of soon but just find it so hard on exante! Anyone got a few spare grand for lipo?!

Lol if I had a spare grand I wouldn't be in this country that's for sure! Hahaha

No point stressing about it chick. You just need to find the beat way for you. Food don't seem too bad yesterday so maybe try a shake or two a day with 1 or 2 balanced meals? See how you get on with that? Or maybe calorie counting? Weight watchers? ... There are loads out there for us to chose from it's just finding the one that suits us xx

Tan you spoke too soon! Had a crappy day and had a bit of a blowout. Have my pre assessment tomorrow so I am not going to make any decisions until I know how I can diet whilst have a general. Everyone seems to say the 2 week before 12 week after but it just seems really extreme for the op I'm having. We will see!

Well pre assessment went well. I had a lovely nurse and we were talking for ages. She asked what I had done to my knee and when I explained how much I have been messed about she was shocked. She told me of a really good knee specialist there so I am going to try and get referred to him. Bad news however I have to stay in for the night after my op and not work for 2 weeks. Not quite what I was expecting just to have a tiny bit cut out of my nose! Oh well.
Also she said I need to be eating normally 2 weeks before and for 3/4 weeks after. However my op could be anytime in the next 6 months so I am going to go back onto Exante and give it one last try!
Day off tomorrow and have the afternoon to myself. Very much needed! So worn out

    Thanks ladies.

I just feel in a very strange place atm! It just seems my health is stopping me from doing anything. We are so desperate to start trying for a baby but will now have to wait until I have my nose op. I have told N the day I have it I am coming off the pill!
Then the hospital is taking ages sorting out my knee. It has been 9 months already and not a lot has happened. I've put on over a stone since it started- partly because of not being so active but mostly because I guess I have given up. I am so inpatient and so frustrated by the situation I have lost my fight if that makes sense?

I'm not too worried about the surgery I just didn't realise I would have to take so long off work! But saying that it will be nice to relax although my Mum is planning to come up so I will be spending most of my time looking after her!

I think the problem at the moment is I have lost my fight. I don't feel in control of my life and what is going on and I have given up. I really don't like my job anymore and really want to give it up and do something that I love or get some satisfaction/sense of achievement but financially we can't afford to do that. I just need to find some of that spirit again and I will be fine!

Sorry for the long boring post I just needed to get it off my chest!
Hope you have all had a wonderful weekend x
    T x

Aww honey you must be feeling so frustrated I can see how you must feel you've lost your fight but you must keep that chin up!!

First things first get your health sorted! Yes it's been a long wait but surely they can't put you off much longer!!!

About the job I would urge you to stick with it for now, you will be trying for a baby soon. Use your maternity leave to really examine what you want to do, rather than make a hasty decision now.

You've come so far hun, just keep going a bit longer xx
