10st 7.6lbs. (Lost 48.2lbs on LT - 71.9lbs altogether since my heaviest)

Year Three 01/09/2011- 31/08/2012Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.19/03/2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a lttle.

OMG - I am delighted to have lost a whopping 9lbs this week
I couldn't believe my eyes this morning as I have not weighed in the past few days
I know what you mean Molly, I actually used one of my LT ones this morning, as even though I dont really want it, the exante ones are beginning to give me the boke
Oh well, just a few weeks left. Off to update my stats now and thanks for all the good wishes and support girls.

Well I had an unexpected few days off plan, as I was babysitting for 2 days. I could have still stuck to it, but its not often I have the chance to be a big kid and play on the beach, you JUST have to have a few chips after that![]()
