    ha! That'd be nice Jan!

Went on a bit of an online shopping spree today. Bought 6tops, 1 pair of shorts & a water belt .... all for running! I just hope it all fits ok. It's all ladies phys clothing and theyre shaped which can be annoying as the tops have a tendancy to rise up when running as theyre 'fitted' iykwim. All girly colours too, pinks, purples & baby blues. Hopefully no more looking like a tomboy runner!

Yayy to all the pretty new tops. It's nice to get them as you spend so much time running/exercising now.
Just a thought on the static weight. With all that exercise are your cals a little low? Or has your body gotten used to reduced intake? Might be worth upping cals for a week or two but with protein and good carbs not treats!!!! Don't know what else can be stopping you losing.

Year Two 01/09/2010-31/08/2011 Maintaining both GL and TFR losses.
Only major gain was over Xmas period. Gained 9lbs. Lost this by mid Feb through portion control and eating low GL foods.

Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.

June 2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a little. I've been in or around this weight for a few months now. It seems to be my body's natural balance.

I already upped the calories Molly from 1,300 to between 1,500-1,600. First two weeks -4lbs. Next two weeks +2lbs ... Just gotta wait till next Thursday to see what these two weeks bring. I've cut out alcohol these two weeks too do hopefully I can get a half decent result. Otherwise I'd say there's something seriously wrong!

Today was double figure mileage!! It all feels so real now. Just another 3.1miles on top of today and theres my half marathon! Todays run was a bit of a struggle. I ran the saltram route with that dreaded hill. I let it beat me today and walked the top 1/3rd but i'm determined I will own that hill and I will not let it slow me down as much as it did today, so, every run now, where possible will include that hill.

    Only 6weeks to go!

    Todays run:

    10miles
    1:53:05
    11:19avg pace
    1,387cals burnt

    Wednesday 18th April
    *10mile run

Awww! If only, I have just scoffed a jamaica cake mini loaf thingy at 146cals ... I would have probably been more satisfied with a crunchie for just 40cals more!

Well done on getting into double figures for your mileage Tanya, only a couple more to go and you are there. Those 6 weeks will fly by though, Molly's right! You will conquer that hill next time, you've done it before so you can definitely do it again (and again, and again etc.)!!
