Hey does anyone know how many kcal in maintenance shakes compared to tfr ones
week 1 = -11lbs
week 2 = -6lbs
week 3 = -6lbs
week 4 = -5lbs(-2 stones)
week 5 = -4lbs
week 6 = -7lbsl
week 7 = -5lbs(-3 stones)
week 8 = -3lbs
week 9 = -5lbs
week 10=-2lbs
week 11=-6lbs(-4stones 4lb)
week 12 = -2lbs
so after 3 and 1/2 weeks off for xmas , stupid me didnt even do the refeed proper . when i weighed at home i was 13-3 but that week i had some shekaes and half done tfr so when i went back to pharmacy for official weigh in i had gained 6lbs![]()
so restart started on 10/01/12
restarting weight - 12 stones 7 lbs
Slim and save ...Re-sarting weight 14/04/12 - 14.2 = distraught i let myself get so big again

Hi,
The maintenance shakes come with a booklet explaining how to make them and their content. I can't find mine at the mo but I know the cals are not much as you are meant to have a shake THEN your normal meal. I find they taste better than the 100% shakes but there are still only 2 shakes, 1 soup, and a whip to choose from.

Dont think they are meant for tfr hun... with all your nutrients and stuff....
According to the booklet the choc whip is 229 cals, the bar is 204 cals, Summer fruits 189 cals, Orange creme 144 cals and the soup 117 cals. Like Dee said they are not mean't to be a meal replacement. Some people have 2 a day plus a meal but I must admit I was still hungry doing that so I have had one for brekkie and then a second during the day e.g the mousse for a pud and then I have had 2 low calorie meals. The TFR gave me lots of energy and I wasn't hungry on it. I also found that the cost was not much different to eating food or being on maintenance and food.
