    Height: 5ft6in
    Start Weight: 15st9.5lb
    Current Weight: 11st10.8lb
    Goal Weight: 10st7lb


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 35.4
    Current BMI: 26.6
    Goal BMI: 23.7


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 3st12.7lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st3.8lb
    % Lost 24.92%
    I know I do quite like the total 0% - it's dear though inni'! I've been looking at what people have said about making their own in the slow cooker but I'm afraid I couldn't be doing with the faffing!! I'll see how it goes xx

    8/6/09 Wk1 refeed STS!
    15/6/09 Wk2 refeed -1.2 = 48.2

    The hard work of maintenance started on 15/6/09 I finshed LT and refeed at
    10st 7.6lbs. (Lost 48.2lbs on LT - 71.9lbs altogether since my heaviest)

    Ooh I dont actually know what it cost - it was jim that went to tescos lol.

    Hehe i was all set to try making it too then thot nah - lot of faffing like u say! Plus i use my slow cooker quite a lot and it wud constantly be tied up yogurt'ng! Pmsl.

    If thiis dukan stuff ends up a longterm mwintenance option for me, ill try it but for now, na-na! Lol x

    Aww Ness, I have deleted my FB account, so thats why you wouldnt get on my wall.

    I had been ill for a few days, so my new start is tomorrow. Not TFR'ing, but using 1 or 2 a day just to use my existing exante stock up with a meal in the evening.


    Start weight 14st 10lbs. Lost 1 st 7lbs on WW.
    Start Weight on Lipotrim 08/01/09 - 13st 3lbs.
    Finish weight 26/03/09 - 10st 6lbs.
