    I'm just so hopeless at doing without And I think it's a bad thing that i don't find it easy not to drink. When I'm working I don't give it a second thought - but when I'm sitting there in the evening & not going in to work I'm hopeless .... Then I think - I did without for 15 wks and then another 3 last year when TFRing ... ... what am I like!

    When I DO have an official wi it will still be a good old gain from the last time I weighed - that's what I'm trying to limit at the moment!!

    Wednesday 11th Jan

    No breakie coz by the time I got up, ready and came down it was 12pm so I had lunch instead - chicken, ham, boiled egg, spoonful of cottage cheese.

    Tea - chicken, ham, a few silverskins, a gherkin, 2 little pieces of smoked mackeral & spoonful cottage cheese

    Later on - Total 0% with oat bran and a few spoons of sugar free jelly

    Work - chicken, ham, a few silverskins, a gherkin & 2 boiled eggs (I'll be looking like an egg ) xx

    SW & Diet Chef - total of 23.7lbs lost

    Lipotrim
    16/2/09 - 31/5/09 (15 wks) - 47.0

    Started refeeding 1/6/09

    8/6/09 Wk1 refeed STS!
    15/6/09 Wk2 refeed -1.2 = 48.2

    The hard work of maintenance started on 15/6/09 I finshed LT and refeed at
    10st 7.6lbs. (Lost 48.2lbs on LT - 71.9lbs altogether since my heaviest)

    I didn't realise I hadn't posted last night DOH!

    Anyhoo - pretty boring stuff really yesterday and today - the usual breakie, youghurt & oatbran. Cooked meats, eggs, cottage cheese in varying combinations with a few pickles & gherkins thrown in for tea and in work. No extras - if I've needed anything I've had a slice of meat or an extra boiled egg.

    I've got to make some cakes with the grandsons at the weekend coz they've got a bring and buy cake stall in school on monday ... I won't be having any though - I really want wi on monday to be the smallest gain I can manage between now and then - but it's still going to be several lbs ... my own ruddy fault!! xx

    Total loss :116lbs = 63 inches at 31/08/10
    Lipotrim = 87 lbs and 53.5 inches
    GL = 29lbs and 9.5 inches

    Wk 01-28 87 lbs lost and 53.5 inches overall lost on TFR.
    Wk 29-52 29lbs lost and 9.5 inches lost on GL.
    Goal!!!! 116lbs lost and 63 inches lost overall. Size 28 down to Size 14!!!!

    Year Two 01/09/2010-31/08/2011 Maintaining both GL and TFR losses.
    Only major gain was over Xmas period. Gained 9lbs. Lost this by mid Feb through portion control and eating low GL foods.

    Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.

    June 2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a little. I've been in or around this weight for a few months now. It seems to be my body's natural balance.

    Well I nearly got there!!! Got called in the very first lot this morning, got taken up to the jury room, sat there for 3/4 of an hour then got taken back down as they weren't ready for us. Given 2hr lunch & told we'd be taken back up at 2pm. Just before 3 we were called to the desk & told the trials been put off to a later date so I'm back in the 'pool'. Fingers crossed that wasn't my only chance!!!

    Wi this morning gain of 4.6lbs making me 11st3lbs reckon i lost about 5lbs in the last 10 days or it would have been that much worse!!
    Now the slog begins to lose the other 16lbs in 8 wks..... Fingers crossed xx

    How disappointing to get so close and not get in. Better luck for tomorrow Jan.

    Well done on the loss in the last few days, nice to draw it back a little. You can do it and I am right here with you. I want to lose at least a stone before Mull of Kintyre in March.
