    Advice please - Weight Watchers V Slimming world

    Hi guys,

    Ive mentioned it before but I'm looking to join a slimming club soon for a bit of a kick up the bum and to lose the last 20lb

    I've tried WW in the past (old point system) and I've never tried SW.

    Can anyone give me some advice?

    Start Weight 14/04/2012 11st 2lb (Cambridge Diet)

    Week 1 to Week 4 =
    -14lbs = 10st 2lb

    Week 5 =
    +2 = 10st 4lb

    Both SW and WW are very good.
