Hi all! I thought I would have an update as i haven't been on this site for such a long time and i really owe it a lot from the first few weeks on TFR. It's now Jan 26th and i started this journey October 25th. 3 months down the line and i feel so good about my self. Although still not quite at my target weight, i fell 100% better in myself and the way i look. I have lost 24lbs, 3 weeks of TFR and the rest on Maintenance. I started my journey weighing 14st 4lbs, and now i weigh 12st 8lbs. The best thing about it now for me, is i dont go with out. I know my limits and my way of thinking about food has changed completely. I have cut salt almost completely from my diet and i rarely eat Potatoes!! If i fancy something, i dont keep my self from it, i allow my self treats knowing that it is just that, a treat. Good luck to all those who are embarking there new way of eating, living and thinking!
