    Katies way? ?

    Hey all! I don't lipotrim total food replacement one year ago and did amazingly well, the refeed was good and so was maintenance. I chose to stick with the TFR shakes rather than maintenance ones as I found them easier to drink and prepare ( lazy I know). I've put on half a stone over as and am thinking of going on to 2xshakes + 1meal for a few weeks. U guys think it will be ok and will still work?

    as long as the meals keep you in ketosis like the meal ideas for refeed says one to three I think it should be fine. Will your pharmacist give u shakes f you only have half a stone to lose though?
    Lipotrim 100% for 16 week going from 12st4lbs (size 16) to target of 8st 6lbs (size 8) , total loss of 3st 12lbs. Didn’t do refeed, went on and off the wagon for 6 weeks after getting to goal and lost the plot a little. Rather than let the destructive cycle continue I am taking control. I am now preganant so although I don't plan on getting to goal I want to approach a healthy lifestyle rather than eat everything in sight!! I am truly a junk/sweet food addict and it is embarrasing the amount of cr*p I eat!! Have to give me and little bubba the best start I can.

    Well I say I wana lose half a stone, but that's just the recent weight I put on, ideally I'd like to lose another 2 stone. What foods would keep me in ketosis, it's been so long since I was on lipo! Xx

    Hi, I've been doing Atkins and have some shakes left from last time I did lipotrim. Was thinking of having shake for breaking and dinner then a low carb tea? Did you do that and did you still lose? X
