Down day today .... Being my totally non-sensible self I am saving some cals for a couple of drinks ... But I HAVE been in bed all day so it's not as bad as it sounds.
got up to pick kids up from school - had a 0% jelly 10 cals and an oxo drink at my sons 7cals
Tea = Tesco crunchy side salad 42, tin ww tuna, sweet corn & mayo 77 ... Total 136
enough cals for 5 small voddies ... If I have them it'll be a total of 386.

breakie will be either weetabix or oatsosimple with skimmed milk 200.
total = 1572 .... So about 100 to play with. Xx

Hi i just came off trf 10days ago. Refeed went great starving judd tomorrow with down day as i feel i ate too much today and am really worried about putting back on weight lost on lipotrim.do you think that is a good idea??? Your diary looks great. I will definitely be following it to help myself with this best of luck you seem to be doing fantastic x
Hiya! I'm sure you've done great so congrats! Tho I can't see your stats on my phone sorry. I'm actually not sure about you JUDDDing straight after refeed. You'll be having few cals today and then a couple of thousand ... Whatever your alliance worked out to, tomorrow ... Personally I think you'd be better building up to that amount gradually by sticking to the refeed plan and introducing some extras gradually.
But that's just my opinion ... Good luck whatever you do and let's know how you get on x
Well I jumped on the scales even tho I didn't sleep as long as I would have liked. It showed a 4.2lb loss - not bad I suppose but not great for the first week on any plan after a few weeks being so bad. I feel I could have lost that in 2 or 3 days high proteining or something, but hey there we are, let's see what another week brings xx
