13/04/13 - 11st 9.5lb
20/04/13 - 11st 4lb
27/04/13 - 11st 1lb
take a look at the maintainers bit of lipotrim, exante and all the other vlfd's ....it is very hard to maintain but it can be done..i did it for a while then due to illness etc messed up but im back in the saddle today and WILL do it this time
I've maintained my Lipotrim loss for a few years now, and it's not easy! I try to keep my weight within 5-10lbs of my finishing weight by cutting back once I see a gain. I weigh myself daily, and I'm pretty obsessed to be honest.
We all need to find our own way of maintaining, weather it be through excercise, following ww or slimming world etc. The only advice I can give is to never return to old ways as the weight will definately return. The 80/20 rule to me is key
Lost a further 3lb refeeding....
Well done on your loss. It's great to lose the pounds but keeping them off is another task. You can do it if you have learned to change your relationship with food. Don't return to old habits or the pounds will return too.
I've been maintaining now for about three years. I've pretty much adopted a low GL diet as my way of maintaining. It's a no fuss approach of just watching portion sizes and having smaller amounts of starchy carbs.
My motto is to be good 80% of the time. I weigh myself every week. If I see the scales creeping up over a few weeks then I just carefully watch my intake for a few weeks.
Good luck with maintaining and enjoy the new you!

Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.
June 2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a little. I've been in or around this weight for a few months now. It seems to be my body's natural balance.
I have been maintaining for over a year now after losing 4 & a half stone. It isn't easy as I would happily stand in front of the biscuit tin & stuff myself silly but I constantly have to remind myself that I can't do that anymore. I try to keep an eye on my calorie in-take by using my fitness pal but I think exercise is the main thing that keeps me on track.
I go to the gym 5 times a week doing the Les Mills GRIT series & Body Combat. Before I lost the weight I always made the excuse that I didn't have time to exercise but if truth be told I was too embarrassed but I found a gym that welcomed me & helped me find classes that suited. Now I love exercising & I'm addicted to that feel good factor you get after finishing a challenging workout.
If you are prepared to address your issues with food and incorporate some sort of activity into your lifestyle I am sure you will succeed. Lippotrim is a wonderful product for weight loss but you have to realise that you cannot go back to your old habits once you get to goal.
Good luck with your weight loss journey
