That's great. When I get to refeed I'm gonna put on here everything I'm eating and we can encourage each other. The trouble is I really love being on LT, I feel so in control. Good luck also.

Weigh in today and lost 7lb. Really pleased with that.

Going well, but yesterday afternoon was quite hard, I was close to eating something, I just couldnt get food out of my head, but thankfully it passed after about 3 hours and I religiously stuck to my shakes, water and tea.

Just had to buy 2 bags of donuts from Tesco, you know the ones with the jam in and chocolate, 2 for £1. My kids won't eat them all so gonna have to throw the rest in the bin. I hate waste.

Thanks Joy, oooh Cuba sounds wonderful, have you been there before?

Due to my OH not working at the moment, because of an old injury, we can hopefully get 3 holidays this year, our usual 2 to Icmeler, June and October, and maybe a cheapie to Spain somewhere in August for my birthday. Fingers crossed anyway

Sorry Jan, I have never been to Olu Deniz, but have a look at www.holidaytruths.co.uk and go to the Turkey forum. Great place to find out any info you require.
