Just wanting to share: if anyone has an iPhone there is a great app I used all the time it's called waterlogged, it logs all the water you drink if your like me

I have that app really helps keep track of all the water!

Added it during my 2nd week cause I was thinking at the end if day did I refill my water bottle at work twice or three times hmmm!!???
