Its tough but it works! Check out previous threads,some of the photos in the picture galleries are amazing!!
I would probably say the bad things are from people who have never done this diet or couldn't stick to it... because I think if you ask anyone on here they would say its one of the best things they have ever done =D xxx

This diet has changed my life literally. It is tough but fantastic
