GL diet?

I was reading through the forums and noticed some people have GL diet as their diet I cant find any info on this does anyone know what it is? I love these smilies!!!

Hi hun,
GL means Glycaemic Load... its a diet which advocates eating Low Carb basically... you should fine these diets in other forums... I`ll have a look myself and send you a link Lou xxx

Thanks for your answer I should have realised it was a low carb diet plan . The recipies in the links sound yummy!!!
