Surgery

Apparently it takes 12 months for skin to react to major weight loss. Maybe save up over the year and see how your body responds and hopefully it will tighten up. And if it does you have a ton of money for a new wardrobe :)

This is the scariest bit of the process for me as I fear it will knock my confidence to have saggy skin, fingers crossed it won't be as bad as it could be tho due to still being quite young and exercising to tone up. If I feel I need it tho I will definitely go down the surgery route to remove it x

Mmm I guess it depends on how much you have to lose too, I have 10 st in total so I cant one up that quickly , I ave lost 6 .6 so far and have been noticing my thighs look abit like chicken skin hanging there, and my bingo wings could probably protect me better than a airbag, but I been told its next to impossible to have it sorted on nhs not sure if I can afford privately :/

This

Must be said though, while this is an often mentioned side effect of rapid weight loss through LT, I can't say I've seen any posts on this forum where people have said they needed it
