    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 38.8
    Current BMI: 36.8
    Goal BMI: 21.9


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 0st13lb
    Weight to Lose: 6st11lb
    % Lost 5.24%

    How do I set mini goals?

    Hi all.....I have noticed that a lot of you have set mini goals at the bottom of your posts, loose a stone, drop a dress size ect, how do I do this?...... Also how do you recorded your weekly weight losses at the bottom......god I'm daft.....but thanks for your help.
    Get through day 1. DONE!!
    get through 1 week done!!
    loose a stone
    Get under 16 stone
    loose 2 stone
    drop a dress size
    loose 3 stone
    weigh less than my other half

    week 1 12lbs loss
    week 2. 1lb
    week 3

    Hi ,if you go to the top of the page second left,it says settings,click on there and you should be able to edit your weight etc.and as for mini goals ,you can also edit your signature there and basically you just write your mini goals there.You are not daft,it takes some getting used to.X

    WEEK 3... -5lbs
    WEEK 4... -6lbs

    Thanks for your help guys......managed to set myself a couple of goals.....I plan on updating them as I achieve them.....good luck everyone......YOU CAN DO IT!!!
