BMI - ?

Opinions please but is anyone's weight loss target solely based on the ideal bmi or do people think its to be taken with pinch of salt....
 
I strive for a BMI in the healthy range but I don't think I will ever achieve that. The measurement is very prescriptive and doesn't account for build. I think if you are comfortable and feel good then it is just a number but a reassuring one lol
 
Thank you kinda of same belief just checking I'm not the only one :). What's your plan satay on lipotrim till you reach your goal or get so far and Join something like sw or ww
 
I agree, I've not been in my "healthy" BMI since before puberty, but in my teens, no way was I overweight. I'm hoping that i will 'know' when feels a good point to stop, and the BMI is just one indicator of heading in the right direction. I already know I feel better now than I did two stone heavier, and the next two stone will feel better again.
 
I hope to get to a weight that I feel comfortable at, then use Unislim or something to maintain but I'm not really sure yet.
 
Thank you both yeah leahcnnr I'm hoping to come off lipotrim TFR in march were going away for night Andi want to be able to eat dinner out after so either maintenance which I've been told you will still loose weight on or else slimming world after that... Slimming world was the only one that worked for me and I had lost almost 2 stone in six months and found it so easy to Maintain til I went back on post natel meds after that I ate myself thought it and put on a stone became pregnant came off meds and then had a missed miscarriage /well delayed I way 11 weeks and the day I was supposed to go for my scan so could tell everyone I knew I was actually in getting told we'd list the baby few weeks before but my body didn't know it fully so month of November was pretty much Coombe meds eat, eat, eat, Coombe meds eat All over again sooooooooo wanted to kick start back to healthy hoping to get pregnant again before the end of the year and with lipotrims help be a much healthier mum to be. Till then I want to be healthy and need more energy for my 3yr old girl who well let's say 0- 60 in like .5secs she's mad :)
 
I worry about slimming world because there are so many carbs but I really need a good plan because I can't lose,eat and gain in a cycle for the rest of my life although that seems to be exactly what I do lol
 
To be honest sw is the only plan that worked for me I loose the plot with ww don't have Patience to be watching points etc. even when I quit slimming world due to not having time to go I stuck to plan so loosely and maintained till went back on meds. Your carbs are balanced with protein and veg once that's done it free meal. I love that I can Munch on fruit / veg and its free. On my bad days on lt I'm tempted to pack it in and go to sw.. So basically right now I have some crazy hunger pangs... I'm on day 12 and feel like I'm about to loose the plot was doing fairly ok till today... Going to have my soup now then get back to work I've there cakes to have decorated for tomorrow...
