What was your dirty habit?

Obviously not eating at all gives you lots of time to think about how you got so big in the first place! I've been watching secret eaters and there is so much I identify with...large glasses of vino tinto being the main thing and portion sizes! I was just wondered if anyone else has had an epiphany about the way they were? Xxx
 
mine was buying a packet of something like biscuits or cakes and finishing the packet. i couldnt just have one, just plain greedy really
 
I have a maaassive sweet tooth so anything i saw id binge out on eatin the whole contents not just one or two..also takeaway on the weekend and alott of alcohol consumption on saturday nights :/ love secret eaters..makes you realise how calories add up in everything!
 
I was the same, I'd buy a large bag of crisps instead of small and would finish all the cakes/chocolate if I opened some. Plus takeaways at the weekend. :( I'm only just starting my second week so still at the stage when I'm thinking about my old eating habits quite a lot.
 
It'll make us better for it though I do genuinely think not eating makes you think about how you were I definitely know now how I got so big and that all my binging and crap food is to blame it sets you up for success as lipotrim gives you a break from the habit :) xxx

  • Eating out of boredom (not hunger)
  • Finishing any packet of something straight away
  • Not stopping until my stomach hurts
  • Feeling satisfied only when I ate so much I fell asleep
  • Non-stop take aways - and then ordering for several more people (just for me) so I could have several meals that evening / through the night
  • Regularly finishing whole pizza's myself (more than 2300 calories in one sitting)

I'm on LipoTrim TFR because I can't trust my Fred to make sound decisions around food. Not yet.

Huge portions, takeaways every weekend, comfort eating, snacking, eating my daughter leftovers, 1 biscuit turns into the whole pack etc etc xx
 
Butter popcorn & cadburys buttons....made up 70% of my diet...i'd starve alot just so i could eat this and it would usually be late at night. My eating habits were horrendous. i'd never eat breakfast, i'd drink alot of sugary drinks & huge portions. So happy to be overcoming my greed. I think comfort eating was the main reason i would overeat.:cry:
 
I'd go to the shop for lunch buy a sandwich, a drink and then thinking oh i'll get some crisps.. single packet being 87p or multipack of 6 for a £1... Hmm yes you can see where this is going.. i'd end up eating all 6 packets!!! in one sitting, one after the other!! Disgusting and something i'm so ashamed of, I swear to never eat a packet of crisps again!!
 
I'm a secret eater, pastries eaten in the car so no one sees. McDonald's pancake breakfasts while the baby is asleep. Lots of snacks throughout the day.
i can relate to a lot of what already been said
