    How fast did I walk???!

    I'm just back from a walk and I'm trying to figure out my walking speed. I walked for 23 minutes and did a distance of 1.5 miles. (It nearly killed me!!!)

    I'm thinking it's about 4mph??? I dunno????
    Anyone know?

    Erm.... I think that one was directed at me!!!
    But yes brisky brisky is the way to go!
    I worked up a sweat (sorry TMI) and I felt great for doing it!
    Will go and buy some proper walking trainers next week as an incentive to keep me at it!!!

    I go swimming mostly!

    Been really enjoying it, and getting better.. Managed 55 lengths in an hour last time

    Walking is great when the weather is nice.. I like taking my dog to crawfordsburn but hate walking in built up areas!

    And I make sure I always take the stairs in work and refuse to take the lift lol
