After deciding to bring my refeed forward by a few days I have just had my first meal
I would appreciate any advice on it -
I had a tiny portion of Cod
Protein - 16g
Cals - 70
Sugar - 0
Fat - 0.6g
Saturates - Trace
Salt 0.2
And a small bit of salad which was mixed green leaves
I`m surprised as I thought I`d feel very full after having no solid food.
I hope I haven`t eaten too much/too little but this is all new to me
