Questions about what we're allowed

I myself have always asked so many questions about refeeding. Wondering if I'm allowed this certain kind of fish, or bread, but I figured something that I feel is quite important.

When I finished Lipotrim last year, I did refeed and followed it totally by the letter, no addictions, had only what it said.

I then lost weight and gained 1lb the second week of refeed, this was because of water retention though.

Coming off, now trying to maintain, which meant I was allowed everything, it was down to me to what i put in my mouth. Whether it was chocolate, figs, veg, whatever, it was fine. Moderation was my problem. so I went out of control and then I gained about 1 stone in about a week and a half. I obviously needed more time on refeed.

So I returned to Lipotrim and then followed refeed when i was done. But this time, I asked if we were allowed certain things. Because of this, i then gained 3lbs on week 1 of refeed, I didn't follow the letter like before as I started adding things that i thought we would be allowed to have. Wrong, wrong, wrong.

In conclusion people, just have what the sheet says. If it says that we are allowed low fat dairy products, then you can have low fat yoghurts, cream etc. Like weight watchers layered fromage frei *yum*

For your sake, really follow the letter, don't add anything, it's a huge downfall if you do.

That'll teach me eh?

Happy eating
