Diet: I will be starting Lipotrim on 26th Jan 08

    Smile Doing good

    Hi All
Well this is my third day and i must say i have not found it hard at all.
I'm not craving anything at the moment so that i think is good. The shakes i think are quite nice Its all the water thats YUK HA HA. I dont know if i have lost anything so far as i wont get on my scales as there way out so i will have to wait untill sunday week for my weight loss. I must say though you get an alfull lot of wind on this lipo so lots of peppermint tea ha ha.

My Partner has lost One and a half stone on this in just three weeks so there's hope for me yet Its was through him going on this that i thought i would have a go aswell.

Anyway good luck to you all that are on this and well done with your weight losses so far.

    Jan

I am on my 8th day now, I love lipotrim, I feel great!
I actually enjoy my shakes and LOVE my soup in the night (and its so fun eating it in a bowl with a spoon hehe) time really seems to be flying by too, and im getting less and less attatched to food by the day!
(this week i have sat through a curry, two chineeses and a pizza!)
lipotrim is loads of fun for me, cant wait for my 2nd weigh in next tuesday!!

I'm on my 3rd week and seeing results, my size 16 jeans now fit me and are almost sagging in the front what joy. I can see a glimpse of my collar bone just beneath my neck, haven't seen them for a few years. Food does look tempting but would not swap it for what i feel now. Thank God for lipotrim

well done Sola!! This sounds just like me, jeans that didn't fit me at Xmas (which brought me to tears) now are actually loose. I'm into my 4th week, and I too would not swap this time for the world. Never again will I darken the door of WW or SW; it would be too frustrating to lose weight so slowly. Good luck!!

    LT Newbie

I have just started Lipotrim today, I have around 3 stone to shift and unless I see quick results can;t get motivated.

I am a 28 year old bloke with an active busy life and all my past diet attempts have failed as I think I am an "all or nothing" person.

So it'll be easier for me to eat nothing than to watch what I eat - if you get my meaning.!

    Lets see how I do.

    Daveid.

    Breath

Finding it fine, not hungry, a little irritable maybe but nothing too bad.

However....... my breath stinks, I have never had smelly breath before, nobody wants to come near me, never mind kiss me.....

I am drinking plenty (about 3.5 litres yesterday) and brush my teeth twice a day, the smell started within an hour of my first shake...

    Any advice?

    Please?

    D.

    Hi everyone...

I'm new to here, but just starting on Lipotrim again for the second time.. On my 1st attempt (just over a year ago) I lost 2 1/2 st but have put 1 back on..

Hope it wont be harder second time around, am determined tho so will see how I go. Good to have support from a forum like this so will check in regularly

hi dudih, I'm in Manchester too I find that Listerine strips help with the dog breath, these are ok to use on LT (the thin strips that dissolve on your tongue)

Will get some mouth strips later today, dont understand why gum or even mouth spary (gold spot etc) would kill the diet, but if they say no, then I'll listen!
