    Hi Kerry Girl,

    Good luck with the restart.

I am also back on it also after several attempts. Have completed day 1 without a hitch (have no idea how that happed but it did). Left my 3rd pack until around 8pm after I had taken my dog for his evening walk. I think that helped me last night.

Am on day 2 and so far so good. Just taking it a day at a time.

When I have a tough moment I have a look at the "Inspiration Slide Show". It reminds me of what I want to achieve.

    Hope you hang in there.

    Bobby.

I am a firm believer of the LT, 1 bit of advice I will give to people is keep going and don't think it easy to go back, I have spent the morning convincing myself this is quickest most effective way to lose weight, great knowing it, but pity brain is thinking the same way. I have 35 lbs to lose. I am hoping that I will lose 11lbs this week like last time, which would be a great start..

Those peanut bars are a disaster, I had one this morning, ended up throwing half away after nursing the other half for about 2 hours before that :L :L

But here we girls and boys, it is brillent, sorry I'm a bit all over the place but it does work just need to get threw these first few days... anyone out there who is like me went off and is now back on it, tell me how your coping please

    Goals
Have to sit down and think about them.

    Hello everyone

Am going to give Lipotrim another go starting this Friday. Have had no success in the past trying to do a vlcd but steps MUST be taken! I am going on holiday in 3 weeks and would be delighted to lose a stone so as not to feel quite so 'heavy' on my feet. I pray that this time I will manage to get through day 2!!!

    Smile Day 11

Hi everybody, have been on Lipotrim for 11 days now and find it okay. I started at 14 stone 2.9lbs. First weigh in saw me loose 10 pounds. Up until this I have loved my food and a glass or two of wine every night. I now don't think about wine and have not been bothered at all about making my kids dinners. I think i am just so focused about losing all this weight. I have 41 pounds to go and it seems like a life time away. Delighted to have come across this website and looked at the inspirational slide show, congrats to most of you, you have fdone amazing. Just have to take it day by day. Went to a kids party today and was surrounded by pizza, cake, sausages, sweets and wine all day. Managed to drink 2 litres of water throughout the party because every time i smelt the food i put the bottle to my mouth. tough going but got through it. Thats my story and no doubt i will be back with more!! Thank you for reading......

    Smile

I've just started Lipotrim on Tuesday. The drinks and chicken soup are tasty although I thik I ws expecting too much from the chocolate!!! Thoughts of the old days! I have been drinking as much water as I can but find my stomach feels quite bloated but I hope this will pass (sorry no pun intended!)

Thanks Hellie. Well done on your 11lbs thats a great start. Last time I did it I got really bad breath and I am dreading that. I am usually going to get weighed on Saturdays but this week it will be next Monday as we have to go to London to see mother in law this weekend.
    Keep up the good work
