Year One 1/09/2009 - 31/08/2010Wk 01-28 87 lbs lost and 53.5 inches overall lost on TFRWk 29-52 29lbs lost and 9.5 inches lost on GLGoal!!!! 116lbs lost and 63 inches lost overall. Size 28 down to Size 14!!!!
Year Two 01/09/2010-31/08/2011 Maintaining both GL and TFR lossesOnly major gain was over Xmas period. Gained 9lbs. Lost this by mid Feb through portion control and eating low GL foods.
Year Three 01/09/2011- 31/08/2012Had a 9lb gain again over the Xmas hols and lost this by March 2012.19/03/2012 Weight is 180. This is upper end of my 170-180 range so need to cut back a lttle.
I have been a little naughty this week but still stayed the same, probably because of work and all the walking in london haha! I have put my pictures up on my profile =D felt amazing to be able to buy new clothes in london in size 12/14!! and to take pictures i can actually be proud of!! =D I dont know whether to go back on TFR next thursday or the one after though =/ any advice? xxx

Don't no what advice to give you as I'm in the same boat myself .. Finished my refeed week today and lost 2 lb not to bad I suppose , I was thinking of going back on tfr next Thursday as I want to get back loosing weight Again as soon as possible , I suppose all we can do is handle each day as it comes......

Hi Brochmor, my only advice would be to wait until after New Year if you want a drink to see the New Year in cos there's no alcohol allowed once you are back on TFR xx Whatever you do, have a fab time , and check out the "Santa is a Welshman" link in the off topic section xx (we knew he was anyway!)
Im not really bothered about drinking for new year though to be honest! Id rather be losing weight than getting drunk =P My OH wants me to wait but thats only so he doesnt feel guilty for getting drunk lol! but i think im going to go back this thursday so that I can stop feeling so guilty about eating =P xxx
