    List of all foods/amounts we can eat when re-feeding?

    Ok, if this has already been covered to death I sincerely apologise, but is there an actual physical list of Lipotrim ok'd foodstuffs to eat and the amounts allowed lurking around somewhere? Or do I have to call up Liootrim and have them send me something out? It's just that I've looked through countless threads and stickies with no luck. Your re-feed diaries are fantastic but I'm looking for the elusive list!
