week 1 = -11lbs
week 2 = -6lbs
week 3 = -6lbs
week 4 = -5lbs(-2 stones)
week 5 = -4lbs
week 6 = -7lbsl
week 7 = -5lbs(-3 stones)
week 8 = -3lbs
week 9 = -5lbs
week 10=-2lbs
week 11=-6lbs(-4stones 4lb)
week 12 = -2lbs
so after 3 and 1/2 weeks off for xmas , stupid me didnt even do the refeed proper . when i weighed at home i was 13-3 but that week i had some shekaes and half done tfr so when i went back to pharmacy for official weigh in i had gained 6lbs![]()
so restart started on 10/01/12
restarting weight - 12 stones 7 lbs
Slim and save ...Re-sarting weight 14/04/12 - 14.2 = distraught i let myself get so big again

Yeah i had eggs.... as far as i know you can use 2 eggs as your protein portion....
I used to make an ommeltte/scrambleds and use 1 yolk, 2 whites!!!

I'm ok.... i lost 6lb healthy eating with the odd LT shake to use them up last week.... But having a bit od a stressfull time at the min... and debating going TFR to have some safety and control!!

Ah dee ur doin great . Im back on tfr for another 7 weeks as i had 3 off at xmas nd gained 15lbs never done refeed or nothin silly me .. I wont let it happen this time tho . Hope everythin grts better for u hun x x x had a bad time before xmas myself . The OH got knocked down by car . Was bad but now he recovering .. Thank god . Let me know wat u chose to do . Im in day 6 of my first week back and boy its been a nightmare its worst than the 1st time i started lol

I love eggs!!! Johns mum has chickens at her house so we get uber fresh eggs!!! They are amazing!!! x
