    I Started refeed yesterday but I have nibbled the wrong stuff today what is the damage likely to be?

    Most likely STS. I didn't refeed at all (not advising I just fell off the waggon unprepared over Christmas) and as your stomach has strunk it's doubtful you'll have eaten too much of the wrong stuff. I ate loads of stollen cake and survived. Don't worry about it. Just get back on track tomorrow. You've done soooo well. Very proud of you xxxx

    Hair growing back and clothes getting a bit snug! Time to get back for part 2. Now want to drop another dress size so I can shop some more for Spring/Summer.

    19/03 - 0: STS - well you do if you only manage 1.5 days!

    26/03 - 1: 1lb Really not doing well this time
    02/04 - 2: OK lets get through this week
    09/04 - 3: (Easter - keep strong, half way through think of those size 10s)
    16/04 - 4: Almost there
    23/04 - 5: Last week
    30/04 - 6: Refeed
    07/05 - 7: Bank holiday weekend in France. Yum, yum!

    I'm glad you're back josiejojo , I was looking out for you.....I missed you. I hope I have sts, I started Kettlebells training OMG I ache all over lol. You'll ace it I'm march, the break will do you good and you'll come back really strong! You can do it!!
