I Started refeed yesterday but I have nibbled the wrong stuff today what is the damage likely to be?
Most likely STS. I didn't refeed at all (not advising I just fell off the waggon unprepared over Christmas) and as your stomach has strunk it's doubtful you'll have eaten too much of the wrong stuff. I ate loads of stollen cake and survived. Don't worry about it. Just get back on track tomorrow. You've done soooo well. Very proud of you xxxx
