Refeed Question - Opinions Welcome
So I am weighing up when to Refeed. Prior to starting LT, I had a sticking point and kept hovering around this particular weight. I have broken down the wall (Finally!) and will potentially be a few pounds past it by the time I get weighed on Friday. I am a bit nervous about losing so much weight so fast so thinking maybe I should Refeed then do maintenance to slow the loss down but also get a grip with actual food, especially as I have a friend's birthday do on the 25th.
What are your thoughts?

Week 1: -13lbs!!!

Week 2: -5lbs

Week 3: STS
Week 4: -2lbs

I completely understand how you feel and I think you definitely have to trust that loud voice in your head if it's telling you to slow down! Your body knows what's best for it at the end of the day
