    Re feed Weight Gain

    I started my re feed last week. I had 2 shakes a day and a protein meal for dinner. On Friday I had a dinner with chicken and lots of veggies stir fried but at a restaurant. I have gained weight. Like 800g. Is this normal? What did I do wrong?

    What day did u refeed? Hve I followed it religiously ?

    Week 4- 3lb
    week 5- 5lb!!!!!
    week 6-3lb
    Week 7- 3lb
    week 8??????
    Refeed time!!!

    No, I didn't. Important to follow it well.Am back on TFR for a few weeks.
