    refeed next week

    Hi

    Thinking of one more week on lipotrim then refeed next saturday, any tips welcome, i'm affraid to stay on lipotrim too long as it affected my hair the last time but loving tohe results so far, tummy nearly flat
    Week 1 - 9lbs -12st13lb
    Week 2 - 3lbs - 12st10lb inches are dropping tho staying positive
    Week 3 - 4lbs - 12st6lb total loss before refeed 16lb

    less than 2 months to wedding can't wait

    Started refeed yesterday, had no energy to exercise, i am also signing up to weightwatchers class tonight so i can get the books and be organised, i can't wait to get up early sat and go for a nice long walk

    Day 3 of refeed nearly over, my lord how did i eat so much before
    going brill only i did have a sneaky chocolate bar yesterday, didn't make me sick nut it was very very bland, taste buds obviously changed a tad,
