Can we have diet coke on refeed? Ive misplaced my refeed sheet (think I may have thrown it)

Says you can have diet drinks again. Does this mean Diet Coke/Fanta etc. or does it mean diet related drinks/formulae you can get?

I messaged them myself, as you are no longer worried about ketosis you can have diet coke etc x

If you look on the exante forum at the list of drinks there and use those ones and avoid foods with citric acid in you can stay in ketosis for the first few days on your refeed.
