Hi peeps, ive been good all day and just came home and heated up a chicken soup and what did i find....BREAD f#####g BREAD i LOVE bread.i had 1 small rounds and to top it off i had a wrap as well.
Im on day 12 and these past few days i have been struggling,ive been picking and now this is just taking the biscuit LITRALLY!
What shall i do,my weigh in is on Thursday and i feel sooo guilty!
Do u think i should start to re-feed after thursday or keep going abit longer?
 
Depends on how you feel. To succeed on LT I think your head has to be in the right zone. If you're picking and you cannot stop then it may be aswell to refeed howeve if you are determined and would really like to give it a proper go then pull yourself together, give yourself a good talking to, do not have anything else to compeltely blow it and keep going. When you get up tomorrow tell yourself today you WILL be 100%. Be strong and no matter what stay 100% no matter how miserable you feel. Sometimes if you can just get 1 day 100% back under your belt it spurs you on to carry on and stay with it. Best wishes.
 
Thanks for that Busy Mum the 1st week felt more easy now than this week.
I think what triggered it off was last monday i felt sooo tired,weak and emotional and i had 1 mint sweet because i was craving for some energy.
Since then i have been picking. I will speak to the pharmasist lady and see what i should do.
I want to keep up with it i just need a smack round the face with a wet fish lol
 
The worst thing you can do to yourself is pick because just makes it so much harder. If you can get 1 day at 100% under your belt I think you'll be fine. I found the 2nd week much harder than the first because once you have the euphoria of the first week's loss the reality of the boring diet hits you, the food cravings are there and strong, and all the ways you're used to treating yourself (in mycase chocolate) have gone. You feel miserable! Have a 100% day tomorrow and then treat yourself to something - new makeup, nail polish, etc. Get past this week and it will get easier again.
