Should i refeed?

Hello im on day 20 of just the shakes and i cant help but pick on the odd sweets hear and there recently.
I get weighed next thursday and im going to ask the pharmacist if i can refeed.
Can i still lose weight good enough when doing this or will i be maintaining it?
I will have more energy when refeeding i suppose and i could start running again.
What do you think?
 
The sole purpose behind refeed is to get you back on to eating again. You're technically supposed to lose no weight during this week but you may lose the odd pound. After the week is over though you're on your own back into a normal eating lifestyle.

If you still want to lose weight after refeed you'll have to join Slimming World/Weight Watchers or the old fashioned healthy eating and exercise but of course you won't lose weight anywhere near as quick as on Lipotrim.

Refeeding after only 20 days seems pointless in my opinion.
 
I think 20 days is pretty good myself, alot of people dont even manage that. I will ask the pharmacist and see what she says :D
 
Yeh you've done well but your stats say you've lost 10lbs and want to lose another 32?

Just saying getting the other 32 off will take a lot longer (and potentially be more difficult) on a more standard diet.
 
Im starting to pick so i think its time i went on refeed anyway because i will just b wasting my time and money on the shakes full time.
I will see how i go anyway.
