Day one refeeding wasn't to bad. My chemist gave me the variety box , so had orange creme shake for brekkie (yuk) and the soup for lunch(bearable) but I did have about 3oz of turkey breast and salad for dinner and I so enjoyed it and I thought it was loads. Hopefully I'll still be as up beat come the end of the week lol
