Went from lipotrim to slimming world

Hiya everyone I wanted to post my little journey on both lipotrim and slimming world so here goes - I completed 4 weeks on lipotrim and lost 14lb in them 4 weeks so to me a brilliant boost to my weight loss journey! I then started to experience some bad side effects of being on lipotrim and I won't lie it was terrible diarohhea so naturally I came off as I have children I have to go out in public to school ...
I then decided I had to join a slimming club and quick so I joined slimming world in the end and I was terrified I was going to gain weight and fast because I hadn't followed the refeed programme at all I was just sensible for the first week and now I can eat as much free foods on slimming world as I like and I love it and so far in 3 weeks I have lost another 8lb :) and I am eating loads. I think people who do lipotrim and stick to it can get hung up on eating again because I did I was actually scared to eat but don't be join a slimming group and carry on your success :) x
 
I'm thinking of doing the same, been on lipotrim 2 weeks, intend to stay on another 2 weeks and join slimming world, would love to know how your getting on x
 
I was thinking of joining slimming world when I come of lipotrim. Is it important to do a low gi diet after lipotrim? Or is it a low fat diet?
 
I have been thinking of doing this. I have been doing this diet for 5 months now and lost all motivation now and don't want to do it. And was thinking of losing the last bit on slimming world xxxxx
 
I am planning on going to slimming world. I'm new to this app today. Been on lipotrim for 2 weeks and lost 14lb. I have 9 stone to loose so I thought I would stick with this for as long as I can last then going slimming world. I have set a goal of 4-5 stone before joining slimming world. But if I can last longer I will. Just got to remember I'll loose more on this than SW
 
That's interesting to hear. I'm on TFR for 13 days now. Think I will only manage 4 weeks. Was at a wedding afters last night, didn't eat anything or drink any alcohol but stayed up till 4.30am. I'm so shattered today, in bad form and have been really hungry. Miserable. But the weightloss so far is keeping me motivated. Down 13lbs in week one.
 
Think the advice is to follow a low GI. I've also thought of an Atkins type plan- but without the bad fats- stick to lean meat and avoid carbs - lots of veg??????? That's probably quite similar to a low GI anyway. Could murder a bacon sarnie though.
