Hi all,
Was due my wi last Tues after my weekend away (loads of drink and food had) but was unable to go to chemist til this morning to wi. I stayed the same, so am happy enough with that. Didnt get any exercise in this week at all so maybe that would have helped. Hopefully next wk will be better, want to get to that 2st milestone.
