Yeah I understand what you are saying and I too thought the same initially, but I reckon its maybe just right and to be honest I dont think you will see a large difference with another 9lb gone. Im 5'7" and a ickle bit by the way. Its funny really I went for dinner with an ex last week and she looked at me in shock and said wheres my Gaz gone she hugged me..... your chest, your shoulders, your arms its all gone then after a couple of minutes she said yes you look brilliant, bless her.

Diet: Lipotrim........'simply the best'
Day 3

Today as been a real struggle, mentally I mean, I dont feel guilty about eating but I am really worried I am going to put weight on. I can live with staying the same but gain, no way Im not having that. Suppose its just mind games, we shall see!
DAY 3
Breakfast
Same as previous days, which to be honest suits me fine.
Lunch
Same as yesterday again, but forgot the balsamic vinegar.......Bugger!
Dinner
Well this was just orgasmic in every sense of the word, im still laying here looking all doey eyed
1 6oz jacket with 1 tsp of Tesco's low fat fromage frais and 1 clove of garlic, broccilli, green beans, spinach, peas = to 2 heaped tbsp's, with a 6oz fillett of cod steamed with lemon juice and a sprinkling of fresh out of the garden chives and parsley.
Also 5 litres of the clear stuff again.
Tomorrow I shall wear a condom I think

Diet: Cambridge/Lipotrim
Gary, I think its all too easy to start becoming obsessed about gaining weight, but you are doing everything to the letter so try and relax and enjoy introducing the foods back into your diet. You are not going to put on weight with wha your doing, its when your a silly buggar like me that you'll gain weight!

Yes i agree. Ive never been used to a man cooking. My mother is very old fashioned and always did the cooking. As soon as i was old enough i cooked 4 my brothers, typical Irish. Married to a man who can't / wont boil an egg..... but as the saying goes "You made your own bed so lie in it" ....Fair play to ya. Gordan Ramsey eat your heart out.

Diet: Lipotrim........'simply the best'
Day 4

The days I have been waiting for as the meals sound much nicer.
Now as much as I feel the same with regards eating I have started to really enjoy my food in a way I have never felt before, the taste, the presentation and sitting at the table rather than the slob cushion infront of the TV.
My plan was to have a BBQ today, the first one ever in my little garden, but the forecast was rain with a little rain finishing with rain. Well ya know me by now, I had that BBQ So I sat in the shed door way, lit the Barbie and off I went.
DAY 4
Breakfast
Nice LT bar with a black coffee, again this is ideal for me
Lunch
Salmon fillet with salad which was the bagged french crispy type, 5 baby toms, 1/2 chopped fresh chilli, 1/2 chopped pepper, 3 chopped spring onions, 1/2 jacket potato with 1 clove of garlic and fromage frais, with a sprinkling of fresh chives. (must admit I didnt like the salmon - can I have tinned? Commoner lol)
For dessert I had a Weightwatchers peach yogurt mmmmmm!
Dinner
This really felt like a meal for kings I had the other 1/2 of the baked potato again with 1 clove of garlic, a salad as Lunch but with a sprinkling balsamic vinegar. I then put on the barbie some 6oz diced chicken, skewered with diced courgettes with a sprinkling of paprika and cajun spice. Then plated up and drizzled a lemon over everything and lightly topped the kababs with fromage frais. The flavours were amazing - must have it again soon come rain or shine!
Finished again with a Weightwatchers blackcurrent yogurt.
I drank 3 black coffee's and 5 litres of water today.
