just in from my weigh in....can't believe it i lossed

5lbs this week

chemist wants me to stay on maintance shakes for another 2 weeks, so i've gone for the summer fruits which are'nt too bad.

i got a free bar last week and i still have not eaten it...its seems silly but i don't want to go down that road again of eating 'bars' again... so im now down to 15st 2lbs...im very happy with that....this was my my weight about 4 years ago before i quit smoking.

so my target this week is to get to 15st.

take care xxxooo
